Once your website is paid for in full, you own the content, the code and the domain. It isn't held hostage by a subscription.

Do I have to pay a monthly fee?+
No. Website Care is entirely optional. You can pay once for your build and own the site outright, then buy support only when you need it.
Is there a contract?+
Your build is a one-off project agreement. Website Care is a rolling monthly service — no minimum term, cancel with 30 days' notice.
What happens if I stop paying for Care?+
Your site stays yours. We stop providing hosting, backups, security monitoring and included changes. A full handover of files and domain is available for £100 if you want to move everything elsewhere.
What isn't included in the build price?+
Third-party software, booking platforms, ecommerce platforms, domain registration and payment-processing fees are separate unless specifically agreed upfront.
Can I get a fixed price for a bigger change later?+
Yes — most requests beyond your Care plan's included minutes are quoted as a fixed price up front, so there are no surprises.
